For over 70 years, VK Powell Construction has been providing construction services across the Northwest.  As a general contractor, we have built a wide variety of projects from industrial plants to extremely custom structures.  We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt to new and innovative types of construction.  Our understanding of systems allows us to take on even the most complex projects.  Project delivery methods include hard money bid projects, negotiated lump sum contracts and guaranteed maximum (GMAX) contracts.  Because we have a large client base, you will sometimes find us replacing a door, adjusting hardware or moving an office partition long after the project has been completed.  Our company is about relationships, and it is our goal to deliver the best value for our clients' hard earned dollar.
