The Care Center at Canyon Lakes is a 30,000 sq. ft., single story, wood-framed nursing home. Canyon Lakes is one of several HUD assisted projects for V. K. Powell. In-depth knowledge of HUD regulations, enables VKP to work well within these special parameters. This experience has translated into a great working relationship with HUD, which in turn benefits VKP clients immensely.
