Chandler House

This assisted living residence for patients with Alzheimers and other dementia illnesses is actually two identically mirrored 7,500 sq. ft. wood-framed buildings set side by side. Both buildings are further divided in half with a party wall, to create four separate living environments. The owner's goal was a "home like" atmosphere. V.K. Powell met that goal while maintaining strict building and W.A.C. Codes.
