Thompson Hall

This 1894 structure, on the Washington State University campus, received a complete historic renovation. All exterior brick was cleaned and tuck pointed, where necessary, to retain the historic charm of this turn of the century building. Mechanical replacement necessitated temporarily removing roof sections to install new HVAC units and numerous on-site ducting modifications. New electrical was also shoehorned into existing, undersized spaces.
